Why do I need it?

I just came across a website that resizes photos for you on the fly. If you have just a couple of pictures you need to adjust, this free tool comes in very handy. Just upload the photo, set the dimensions you want, choose from  a list of effects they offer (the typical: gaussian blur, grayscale, oil paint, etc.), and click Resize Pic! You can then download the photo to your computer or save to a website.
